Did You Know? Annoying Whelps

Did you know that the -1 penalty to attack rolls from Whelps "Annoyance" do not stack with other Whelps that are also within 1" of the same enemy model?

Annoyance

Living enemy models within 1" of this model suffer -1 to attack rolls.

Rule Priority

"Multiple instances of the same effect are not cumulative even when the effect comes from different sources." (Prime MKII, p.29 and Primal MKII, p.29)   

As cool as it would be to stack enough whelps around a model to make them MAT, RAT, Magic Ability 0 or even negative you just can't do it.
